Arrivals/Departure

Ø      Check in starts at 3 pm.

Ø      Check out time is 11 am

Ø      Early arrival/departure may be possible based upon the availability of your site.  A fee of $10.00 per each hour increment will be charged.  The guest must contact the office to arrange. 

Site maintenance

Ø      We will ensure that the site will be clean upon arrival.  Please ask that the site will be in clean condition upon departure

Ø      Trash must be placed in the dumpster located at _____________________. (or state specific collection times 1x a day)

Ø      Fire rings cannot be moved

Ø      Only one RV is allowed per site with one tow vehicle and one golf cart. All additional vehicles will need to be stored in. designated location and charged an extra vehicle fee. 

Ø      All sewer hoses must have a watertight rubber collar.  Please ensure all hookups are in good working order.

Ø      All RV’s must be in good condition and well maintained

Occupancy

Ø      Renter must be over 21 and present a valid photo ID. The ID’s of all guests over the age of 16 must be scanned and entered into the guest file in Newbook. 

Ø      Only those adults and children indicated on the registration forms are permitted on site.  Guests must be registered at the office for a fee per person will be applied.  Guests are not permitted on property during quiet time.

Modes of transportation and parking

Ø      The speed limit in the resort is 10 mph and is strictly enforced.

Ø      Individuals without a current driver’s license may not operate any motorized vehicle on the property

Ø      Up to 2 vehicles are allowed per site (this includes the camper and the tow vehicle).  Extra vehicles may park at the nearest overflow parking spot.  

Ø      The properties parking tab must be clearly visible on the driver’s side windshield.

Ø      No parking on the grass, the streets or vacant campsites is allowed.

Ø      Testing, repairs, tuning or maintenance of vehicles or RV is prohibited.

Ø      Electric golf carts are allowed to be driven on the park.  They must stay on paved roads.  Drivers must be at least 16 years of age and have a current drivers license. Proof of insuance must be on file with the office

Ø      No gas golf carts, ATV’s, dirt bikes or other off-road vehicles are allowed to be driven on resort property.  

Ø      Motorcycles are only to be used entering or exiting the resort.

Ø      No boats, jet skis or boat trailers are allowed on your site.  If you have these items, they should be parked in designated area. 

Ø      We love pets. Pet fees may apply, per pet with a max of two. Please cleanup after your pet and maintain control by leash at all times. We do not have breed restrictions, but we ask that all pets be well-behaved and non-aggressive. Aggressive or excessive barking pets will be asked to leave. 

Quiet time

Ø      Between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am, please be respectful of your fellow campers by keeping your voices and entertainment media at a low level.

Ø      Children under 18 must be on their site by dusk.

Failure to adhere to these Rules and Regulations 

Ø      All violations of these rules and regulations are subject to the three-strike policy

ü       1st warning verbal

ü       2nd warning in writing

ü       3rd warning a written notice of termination of the rental agreement. 

Ø      Management reserves the right to remove anyone for behavior detrimental to the resort and its guests or for failing to observe the rules of the resort without prior strikes.

  Acknowledgement

Ø      All guests must acknowledge these rules according to the rules and regulations on the website AND they are to sign the Registration Form.
